Yes, HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR! Also, first blog post!
So, it's 2026 now. Not only that, but this marks the start of my BLOG! WOW!
How was 2025?
Tumultuous, as every year can be. I won't get into it very personally, but 2024 was a bit of a poop year. 2025 was a lot better. And I released my website! I was super proud, and so many people have loved it so far! It's awesome. I also started selling my art at events! I am slowly getting the hang of it. It's nice to finally start getting my shit together and put myself out there...just a little though. Too out there is scary.
So, What's next?!
Well, let's see here....FOR SURE COMING SOON:
- STRAWPAGE GALLERY. a home for all the masterpieces y'all have made for me! I promise I'll be making it.
- MY SHOP. I have been saying over and over, "IM GONNA FINISH MY SHOP!" and it doesn't happen. For real, it's gonna happen this year. It will be hosted on Ko-fi, but I would like to make a home for it here as well so I can customize it how I want.
- FINISH AN ABOUT PAGE. WHYYY has this taken so long? Well, it's hard to sum up my entire identity into a single webpage. So I have been lowkey making a labyrinth of sorts. I have been sort of in a writer's block for how I want it to look, and I have been really busy. But, hopefully this year I will have ONE finished. I may move the huge part to a different page. IDK.
- More art pages. I'm not saying the art gallery will be open yet, though. The silverfish infestation is only getting worse. Also, I may be too busy for that kind of page overhaul, since it's not high priority. But I plan to work more on my art pages, like a page for my sculptures, and sketchbooks you can flip through.
- Music shrine. I acutally have a mockup finished for it that I like, finally. I'm probably going to finish this before all the others even though I should be working on this last. But I've been ITCHING to join Finny's CDWorld ring for SO long that I just need to make that page NOW. Also I love music. Sue me!
Here's a little sneak peek of the CDs I made for it. It's Deconstruction from the Devin Townsend Project. Neat, huh? I got more, but you gotta wait til the page is done.
PROBABLY COMING SOON:
- I would like to convert the Bird of the Month to the The Biweekly Bird, maybe even bird of the week, but that requires writing a script and I cannot for the life of me figure that out.
- Games!
- QWERTY's house! I want to make a page for QWERTY. It is currently living in a cardboard box right now. So sad.
- I also wanna make unyun a dedicated page as well.
I may or may not be peddling my wares at Galaxycon with a friend, but I still haven't heard back. Fingers crossed!
