GENERAL CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
Commissioned pieces are almost always fully colored. I do not do line only. (I love colors too much!)
I’ll draw mostly anything(within reason)! Canon/copyrighted characters, anthro/furries, self insert, pets, real people, fake people, you name it. Just ask.
If you want your commission to be completely private, please let me know. I will sometimes ask, but it is better safe than sorry. If your commission is posted here, and you would like it taken down, please contact me and I will.
Complex designs or characters are welcome, as long as you understand it will be heavily stylized and simplified
I have the right to refuse any commission or pitch if I am uncomfortable with the subject matter, or client!!!
I will not draw or produce anything that could potentially be used to defame or harass a person, or a group of people. If someone requests this of me, I reserve the right to refuse the commission, block, and publically warn people of them.
PAYMENT AND PROCESS
Payment is upfront, via Cashapp, Paypal, or through Ko-fi(which takes card).
For particularly pricey commissions, half upfront and the other half after the piece is complete is fine.
Please understand that I may charge extra for complex backgrounds or complicated characters on a commission.
The amount of progress pictures depend on the commission, but all clients will receive at least one concept sketch to approve before the piece is completed.*
Multiple progress pictures can be sent as per clients request.
I will not finish the commission until the concept sketch is given verbal approval by the client.
Turnaround time, depends on the complexity of the piece. However, if you go more than two months without ANY update or contact from me, PLEASE reach out to me, as it is likely that your message got lost or accidentally deleted!!!
Full refunds can only be given if the commission did not pass the concept sketch stage. Exceptions may be made if I made a really big boo-boo and feel bad. 
*Some exceptions, like extremely cheap doodle commissions, apply
USAGE
Commissioned pieces are not to be used for commercial work, or sold for profit without my permission.
Under NO circumstances is any of my posted art, or a clients commissioned piece, to be minted into an NFT(Non Fungible Token) or used for any cryptocurrency purposes. Crypto is not my thing, and it probably shouldn't be yours either.
I do not allow or approve of my art to be fed to generative AI algorithms. Please respect this and do not feed any pieces, commissioned or otherwise, to them.
You may use commissioned pieces as icons/banners/covers/whatever on your social media. Please credit me somewhere on your profile!!
You are allowed, and encouraged to publically post your commissioned piece on social media. Be loud! Be happy about it! But as long as you credit me as @unyunish or link back to one of my profile pages in the description or caption of your post.
